在楼市中,“买涨不买跌”绝对算得上是“亘古不变”的真理,房价越是下行,购房者就越发观望。虽然今年有不少外地购房者已经具备了购房资格,成为新增的需求群体,但目前来看,其并未对楼市产生有利影响。 前一段时间“新国五条”出台后引起了二手房交易的暴涨,4月1日至7日的一周内,北京二手房市场新增客源量环比下降约28%,成交量环比上周下降幅度超80%,日均成交水平可能处于200套左右。至于细则出台会不会影响北京二手房价格走势还要看住房需求了。
