刚接的门面,跟上个租户签的转让合同,但是房东不在场,转让费也交了,但是现在房东要收回门面,请问我怎么

前一租户合同上体现他有转租权吗,如有,你可在房东那里要违约金。如没有,那只能与房东沟通,看你能继续承租吗。

如果上个租户跟房东签的合同里面没有转租权的话,他与你所签的合同时无效的。这份合同必须你们三方约在一起,由上个租户与房东签了解除合同,房东再和你签合同才能生效。

或者是和房东协商,看看房东怎么说,要是非要收回那你只能走法律程序告二房东!

要看下 上个租户有没有和业主签转让的合同 没有的话就让上个租户找业主要违约金!如果签了那你就可以自己找业主要违约金了。
