此前国家已经明确给出的公租房税收优惠政策，将于6月起正式在北京接受公租房项目认定申请。相关专家表示，在公租房大规模建设启动的当下，税收优惠政策的落地将利于推动开发商积极参与，并在一定程度上降低建设成本。只有经过北京市住建委认定的公租房项目，方可适用公租房相关税收优惠政策。进行公租房认定时，建设主体（产权单位）需要提交的材料包括：建设期间应提交项目立项文件、项目名称、建设主体、建设规模、配建比例等信息；运营期间应提交项目运营主体、运营房屋套数、配租方案、配租对象等相关信息；购买、转让、捐赠住房作为公租房的，应提交购买、转让、捐赠等相关协议。
