本人在外地买了一套贷款房,一套全款房,在北京买了一套全款房,如果想在北京再买房,可以贷款吗?

首先看你户籍在哪里，如果在外地，你现在买不了，如果在北京，你还可以买，但是有限制，具体是：商业贷款买不了，全款可以再买一套，公积金是否能买看你北京的房产人均面积是否超过28.81平（以家庭为单位），如果超过了，就买不了，没超过的话，可以再用公积金买一套。

如果你是北京户口 可以购买2套 但是只能全款 无法贷款

首先要确定您是否是北京户口，北京户口完全可以买二套房，商贷的话二套，用公积金的话看自己第一套房子面积，是否人均面积超出28.81，超出的话拒贷。外地户口的话只能买商住两用房
